Michelle Beemer

I am a passionate fitness trainer who discovered my love for movement/fitness and wellness after making major changes to my own lifestyle. I have been coaching at my local Crossfit gym for over a year now where I found my love for helping others achieve their fitness goals. I believe that fitness should be fun and enjoyable, and I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all my clients. I am committed to providing personalized coaching and support to each of her clients.
